I recently purchased my 1st home and was looking for a home inspection, carpet cleaning for my rental, and carpet cleaning for my new home. I did a lot of research online and found HiCaliber could do it all and they had wonderful reviews. I must say, they really hooked me up! Outstanding customer service, fantastic job with the carpets, and a very thorough home inspection! Customer service seems to be lacking in today’s world, but not with these guys– they far exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond in every step of the process! When I had questions, they were quick to respond. When I had to change the dates/times of my appointments, they were quick to rearrange their schedule to accommodate my needs. When I could not be present to let them in, they were happy to go in, complete their job, and lock up on their way out. Great prices and they even offered discounts for the multiple services they provided! HiCaliber was hired to reroute surround sound stereo wiring. They had to open a wall to do this. And this is exactly what they did. When they were finished, the wires to the receiver were at the receiver and the wall was patched up and ready for painting. They were knowledgeable, fast workers and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them!

While I was out of town, my daughter spilled a fruit smoothy (made of every red berry you can think of, plus, blueberries)  in the very center of the living room carpet.  She tried to soak it up with a towel but a giant stain was left.  A week later I returned home and discovered the stain, which by then, had been walked on and ground in.  

I tried every over the counter product and home remedy I could think of to get the stain out.  Nothing even lightened it.    Being a renter, I knew I would be responsible to replace the entire living room carpet.  I was sick.  I did not have that kind of money.

While I was looking online to get an estimate of what I would pay for new carpet, I saw HiCaliber.   I didn’t want to pay for carpet cleaning and then turn around and just have to get new carpet anyway.   I  didn’t think ANY professional carpet cleaner would work. My experience with carpet cleaners: you get temporary clean carpets and most stains eventually come back to the surface.   I had already tried everything I could think of over the past month to get the stain out myself – nothing even lightened it. So wasn’t going to pay someone else to try to get the stain out. But when I read the reviews and saw they were experienced in fire  and water damage, I thought I might as well gamble $100 in the hopes of saving $600 or more on new carpet.

HiCaliber completely got the stain out!   Gone!  And they cleaned my entire living room carpet in 30 minutes!  They were very professional and friendly..  I was impressed with their knowledge, and they gave me good tips to keep my carpet clean and how to remove stains myself if others should happen.
It has been over a year and the stain never returned – no hint  that it was ever there!  Plus, I noticed after they cleaned my carpets, there was no residue.    WOW!  Truly impressed!    And so grateful that they saved me $600 +
