Kyle and his team were able to clean carpets and furniture that I thought were impossible! They were able to remove stubborn stains from dining room carpet and cleaned dining chairs that were terribly stained. I will definitely call them again for carpets and upholstery!

Steve was very quick to get out and do my home inspection. He was very thorough and explained things to me in detail. Lonnie then went above and beyond calling me back after hours to make sure my payment went through so that I could get my full report the same day as Steve did the inspection. They were great to work with and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Hicaliber came to clean our tiled floors. Before they left not only were the floors glowing, but Kyle had reset our home security system, taught me how to better use it, gave me advice on using the navigation system in our new car, told us how to handle many cleaning challenges on our own and offered to swing by if we needed any other questions answered. I hinted I may want to adopt him. This is caring service way beyond the call of duty. Prompt, polite, and professional.

I contacted Hicaliber to address a leak that caused water damage in one of my closets. I was under a time constraint to alleviate the problem due to the fact that the house was under contract to be sold. They jumped on the project immediately and eliminated all issues associated with the water leak. They constantly kept me updated along the way and secured for me verification that all mold had been removed in order to make for a clean sale. I highly recommend them and will use them anytime I can.

My regular Handy Man had a bad knee and could not climb a ladder to fix my hanging gutter. I called HICALIBER because the address was close to my house, as I was not familiar with the name. The person answering the phone was especially helpful and said she would connect The Repair Man on his way back to the office to see if he could stop at my house. He was there in minutes and drilled my gutter back in place quickly. He started to complete the bill…paused and said….”I won’t charge you for this service call”. I was shocked, as no one in St George had ever done that for me on any kind of service call. I will be delighted to use their many services whenever I need one in the future. Thank you for that generousity and kindness.

We recently contacted Hi-Caliber to do our carpet cleaning and various other long over due projects. Besides doing outstanding work they are there when promised – most pleasant added experience. When they bring in an independent contractor it is Hi-Caliber that coordinates everything including scheduling. Hi-Caliber can handle any household need so we need look no further when our aging water heater finally gives out and we need to replace broken floor tiles etc.
