The fire on the Shivwits Indian reservation in Ivins Utah is nearly contained after burning over a thousand acres of land, yet luckily did not damage any of the 100 homes that were evacuated. Although the landscape and an outbuilding were destroyed, all the residents were able to return to the homes that were left untouched by the flames.
