St. George Renewable Energy
HiCaliber wants to make you aware of a new renewable energy project available in St. George, Utah. St. George City looked at all of the renewable sources of energy and performed multiple studies. It was determined that, due to weather and landscape, solar was the best choice for our area. You don’t need to have solar panels installed at your home in order to take part in renewable energy. Solar panels are available for purchase and are stored at the SunSmart solar farm in St. George. The power generated from the panels is sent to one of the city’s substations, and then it’s transported throughout the community by means of existing distribution circuits. Participation in the project is open to any resident or business within the City of St. George. Participants receive a monthly energy credit for their use of this renewable energy resource. For more information, visit the City of St. George website. HiCaliber is proud to build green and energy efficient homes and commercial buildings.
